Deactivate a License
Moved to a new Mac, or erased the old one? Release the activation here and your key is free to use again — no waiting on support.
Your key is in your purchase email. Nothing changes until you pick a Mac and confirm.
When to use this
- You replaced, sold, or returned the Mac the license was activated on.
- You erased the Mac or reinstalled macOS without deactivating first.
- DeepCleanMac tells you the license is already activated on another Mac.
After you deactivate
- Open DeepCleanMac on the Mac you want to use.
- Go to Settings → License.
- Paste the same license key and click Activate.
